Are there intrinsics for V?

I haven't touched V in years, but coming back around to it and playing around I got curious what "intrinsics" there might be. Part of my confusion is I'm not seeing any documentation, but I am finding people referencing compiler intrinsics, which is making me wonder if it's just buried in the github repo and not made into the manuals, or if people are referring to bringing in already compiled C libraries / headers.

Here's an example:

fn lerp(from f64, to f64, per f64) f64  {

So my question, is there a way to do this...without bringing in an external library or assembly?
