Some help trying to make TypeScript work with options API

Hi folks,
This is a continuation of this discussion because I could not make everything to work as it was working before with @volar/monaco@1.7.9. I need some help to detect what piece is missing.

Here is the minimal reproduction example in this branch.

1. Run pnpm i
2. Run pnpm start
3. Try to rollout the mouse over the hello variable in the template, you will get hello: string
4. Now paste this code using the options API:

<template>
    <div>
        {{ hello }}
     </div>
</template>

<script lang="ts">
    import { defineComponent } from 'vue';
    export default defineComponent({
        name: 'Test',
        data() {
            return {
                hello: 'Hello World!'
            };
        }
    });
</script>

5. Rollout over the hello variable in the template and you will get any

Could anyone let me know what is missing in my set up? 🙏🏼
