Error when precompiling with amd option and using folder path as input #517

Im referring the #488. This seems to cause an issue when we specify a folder path as the input instead of filenames. I used the command like
handlebars templates/>templates.js -a -e html
And I got an output file with a return statement after every template in the folder.
