A public peer list is, well, public. And ideally curated. If you want private peers, send your uris, pubkeys over a secure channel to your friends. Possible secure channels include Matrix, gpg email, etc Note that (barring bugs) malicious use of public peerings is limited to DoS. It also makes metadata collection easier for spy agencies. https://github.com/yggdrasil-network/public-peers does not mention how to submit new peer if I want to do it privately (outside of the Microsoft's Github) and conditions to be listed are not easily to be found.
