Provide access to PDS member "stats" from PDS/member pop-up menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Useful information on PDS member versions, sizes, owners, create/change dates are availablle to underlying zowe cli calls
zowe files ls am 'SYS1.PARMLIB' --a for example.
User in Explorer do not have access to this information.

Describe the solution you'd like

add a pop-up menu item "Show Member details" on DATA SETS --> --> Member view
this would open an edit window with the member details from
zowe files ls am '<pds>' --pattern "<member>" --a

Describe alternatives you've considered

retrieve full LMMLIST stats when opening the PDS, and have an optional display of stats beside member name in navigator view - ugly/clunky.
retrieve fill LMMLIST stats when opening the PDS, and display in the same way as "Show Data Set Attributes" from PDS menu -
less clunky, a bi
