[UX] Provide differentiation between project and global config profiles

Global profiles may show up alongside profiles in a project config when opening a workspace after this Imperative issue is resolved:

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if we could have a different icon (or some other visual indicator) that will distinguish which profiles are coming from the local workspace vs the global homDir

Describe alternatives you've considered

Due to the imperative issue mentioned above, we cannot have them both in the same workspace.
Today, we have to open a new window without a workspace (or a folder that doesn't contain a project config) in order to view the profiles in the global config.
