Submitted job hyperlink will not open for v2 profile that hasn't been in Jobs tree yet

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Created Global Config and refreshed ZE, default zosmf profile added to all trees. Used profile for DS search
2. Created Project Config and refreshed ZE, added profile to DS tree, logged in and did DS search
3. Submitted a Job with project level zosmf profile in DS tree
4. Clicked hyperlink with JOBID
5. See Error:

Expected behavior

Add profile to tree and expand to show the JOBID
