Add ability to add Zowe profiles for all trees with one action

Currently when clicking in Zowe Explorer in the + button to add a profile to any tree, I have to perform this action for each tree view to add my profile, I would like for Zowe Explorer to be able to add my profile for all trees with only clicking it once.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Click on the + button on any tree
2. Click on the profile to add
3. The profile should be added to all trees (or option to add to all trees is asked)

Describe alternatives you've considered

I currently have to add them manually for each tree view
