`Allocate like` adds an item to the DS filter history containing

Describe the bug

If a user allocates a new data set using the allocate like feature, an item will be added to their filter history containing their original filter + the newly allocated data set (e.g., "USERID.*,USERID.NEW").

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

I would not expect a new filter to be added to my history after using allocate like.
