feat(apiml): Add APIML dynamic token support (e.g. `apimlAuthenticationToken.1`)

Should we replace === with a startsWith check to support dynamic token type like apimlAuthenticationToken.1? Probably a simple change but also outside the scope of this PR, so we could create a separate issue for it if desired 😋
