[Bug] Wrong connection name in Android system notification

1. Add multiple outbound configs.
2. Connect to server1
3. Click on server2 config causing v2rayng to reconnect (don't press disconnect/connect button).
4. You will still see "Connected to VPN server1" in the notification list, even though the data is actually going to server2 now.
