Details of address is not auto-populating while entering a registered GSTIN

Information about bug

When adding a new Address in address doctype and entering a registered GSTIN the details of address should get auto-fetch but here in the postgres site it is not populating.

Version

Frappe version - v15.50.1 (pre-prod)
ERP Version - v15.46.1 (pre-prod)
India Compliance: v15.14.5 (pre-prod)

@Priya-Sonar If we have India compliance API credit points, then only the autofill feature for party information by entering their GSTIN works. Otherwise, it doesn't work.
