Use the CMIP7 piControl value for the solar constant

CMIP7 Solar forcing for piControl uses a Total Solar Irradiance (solar constant) value of

tsi = 1361.617

Therefore in the namelist file atmosphere/input_atm.nml change

 SC=1365.65

to

 SC=1361.617

100 year test run with this using access-esm1p6/pr43-17 compared to the base run described in #5 (comment). Epot and NoEpot runs were identical so here use the longer NoEpot run.

Surface temperature stabilizes with a modest cooling after about 50 years. Net TOA flux remains lower than the standard run because the deeper ocean continues to cool. A global mean surface air temperature of ~ 14.1 would be closer to observations and other CMIP6 models
