Add all CABLE variables to STASHmaster file

In the current configurations the CABLE variables are defined in the atmosphere/prefix.PRESM_A file rather than in the STASHmaster_A file. This is unnecessarily confusing.

There are also a few non-CABLE variables in prefix.PRESM_A. The time code for the optical depth variables was changed from 2 (LW radiation timestep) to 3 (SW radiation timestep). This will make no difference, so it's not clear why it was changed.

Else where I mentioned the STASHmaster_A file, I'm have actually been editing the prefix.PRESM_A file. IS there actually a STASHMaster_A file here?

At the moment it's using the standard UM vn7.3 STASHmaster from /g/data/vk83/configurations/inputs/access-esm1p5/share/atmosphere/stash/2020.05.19/ with the extra CABLE fields defined in prefix.PRESM_A in the suite.

Some of the fields in prefix.PRESM_A are there for the reconfiguration step in a long ago UMUI job, e.g. to initialise aerosol related fields to zero. These aren't necessary now.

Some BGC related fields (e.g. 0,251 CO2 SURFACE EMISSIONS) have a change to the option code. Originally had 000000000000001000000000000000 which meant it was only included if L_CO2_INTERACTIVE was set.

/g/data/vk83/prerelease/configurations/inputs/access-esm1p6/share/atmosphere/stash/2025.12.19/ now includes the complete CABLE stash, including fixes from ACCESS-NRI/access-esm1.5-configs#93 and switching some of the CASA diagnostics to use a different time code. See also #63.
