Add fld_s05i269: DEEP CONVECTION INDICATOR to STASHC

From ACCESS-NRI/ACCESS-MOPPy#15: fld_s05i269 at monthly frequency is required for the CMIP7 post processing. This should be added to the STASHC.

Thanks for the reminder, this had fallen a bit off my radar. There's a little bit of cleanup of the STASHC files to do today, and I'll add this in right after

@rbeucher was this variable previously saved for ESM1.5? I can't work out whether it is available or not in UM7

The CM2 version of the UM has code for saving this variable in diagnostics_conv.F90

I also wasn't able to see it in the CMIP6 ESM1.5 output in /g/data/p73/archive/CMIP6/ACCESS-ESM1-5/PI-02/history/atm/netCDF/PI-02.pa-050009_mon.nc

It's not a "core" variable in the CMIP7 data request and It seems we did not publish it for CMIP6 (I only checked the historical runs) I had that mapping from APP4 and thought it would be easy to add. It is possible that it was only output for CM2.
@MartinDix any thoughts?
