Some CMIP intensive vars calculated using mix of center and corner point quantities

There are some dynamics related variables which combine aice (a center point / T-cell quantiy) with a corner point stress/velocity (U-cell quantity)

we should possible be interpolating an aiceU for calculating these, see

CICE-Consortium/CICE#904
