Sorry @jo-basevi, I rushed this the first time and missed the module and repo name checks:

The behaviour should be:

• if "bgc" is in the config name: use ACCESS-OM2-BGC (now-deprecated)
• if "wombat" is in the config name: use ACCESS-OM2
