Honestly, are free AI models even worth trying?

OpenRouter seems more stable and faster, but the free models are just not smart enough. Nim has several top-tier models, but I have to wait over 300 seconds for every request, and it still might error out.

Is this just my experience, or are you guys running into the same issues? Are free AI models actually worth the hassle? Considering large models often make mistakes, having to wait 5 minutes for every retry makes progress way too slow.

You can try with Ollama (Very limited tokens but proper output like actual models with less latency) or you can use with Nvidia_Nim(Longer time taken for each response but no limit) .
The main difference is Response Time vs Token limit here.
