Switching between languages causes save alert

Description of the bug

When switching between languages in the "About app" tab in Settings, the user is presented with a warning alert informing them that they are navigating away from unsaved content. However, nothing is actually lost, it is possible to move between the languages, and then save at the end.
Really annoying user experience.
