UpdateDataValues doesn't work when running process next with only sign

Description of the bug

UpdateDataValues doesn't work when running process next with only sign.
Should use same authorization as process next in Storage.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to run a process next with sign action, while data values are outdated and need updating, while the user doesn't have write.
