About app-page warns about unsaved changes when changing language for a field

### Description of the bug

When changing language for a text input field with language-tabs, the frontend alerts of unsaved changes.


### Steps To Reproduce

1. Make any changes to the about app page
2. Click a language tab on a translated text field

### Additional Information

There should probably be some logic to exclude these routers from the warnings.
