Outlier Plotting

Once there is an outlier detection incorporated into the pipeline...

Could we generate plots for the "Max df/f per neuron" and the "standard deviation df/f per neuron" that visually represent the detected outliers as well as the rest of the neurons as seen in the image below.

So this is implemented in commit 3d83162 but its not part of run_all. I am nervous to implement this as part of run_all since its not a far fetched possibility that the majority of the small events are all noise and the large event is not noise. So this might have to be reran in the pipeline in a later step manually by users
