Broken dashboard due to date time parsing

Dashboard is broken, it throws exception when using dashboard in IST timezone, possibly due to recent changes. It throws excpetion on this line. It is fixated to use en-CA format.

This is a critical issue as we are just about to deploy this to production! How can we fix this now?

This is now fixed in latest version
