What is this fixing or adding?
This adds GitHub Actions to build a macOS .dmg for arm64 (Apple Silicon / M-series chips) and attach it to releases, along with documentation on how to allow it past Gatekeeper.
I didn't include an Intel build, but happy to follow up if that's desired as well.
How was this tested?
The 0.6.6 and 0.6.7 releases on my fork were used by a few members of a 50+ person multiworld who were using macOS. I've also tested the 0.6.8a2 release locally, connecting the text client to a remote server.
