feat(Instagram): Add `Download` buttom for Stories, Reels, Posts

Feature description

This patch will add an option to download reels, posts, stories, etc in 3-dot menu, which'll allow user to download anything without the use of external app or downloader.

Motivation

As a motivation, this will be good because some stories which are posted by private accounts and closed friends can't be downloaded by any downloader, even with websites.

Some mods like Instander and AeroInsta have this feature which can download anything without any restrictions. So, having a n option is good.

Just tap and hold home button in instagram and you'll have access to it.
