Add verbosity to delegate render stats

Describe the feature you'd like

• Karma has detailed rendering info that would be nice to have in the Arnold delegate
  

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add elapsed time to render stats
• Add render resolution to render stats
• Estimated remaining time
• We should also display the Arnold render state (AiMsgRegisterCallback(...AI_LOG_STATUS...)) as a render annotation
