ArnoldCustomProcedural ignores light linking

Describe the bug
Light linking does not work with an ArnoldCustomProcedural

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In Houdini, create an ArnoldCustomProcedural (I used Yeti)
2. Set up light linking (add the ArnoldCustomProcedural to the exclude list)
3. The lights still apply to the procedural

Here's an example Houdini scene, with a Yeti fur cache.
