ArnoldUsd not generated when kick doesn't have a procedural (test_1588 failing) #1764

Description

@cpichard

Describe the bug
When building the schemas, our code will use kick's configuration to know about the arnold nodes. If kick usd procedural has been deleted or removed, the schemas won't have the ArnoldUsd prim definition and the test 1588 will fail.
arnold-usd should directly provide its ArnoldUsd definition and not rely on a previously made one, as it can be outdated.
