Improve authoring of quad & mesh lights in USD #1955

Arnold Mesh lights are currently authored in usd as GeometryLight primitives in our writer. We should change this to export Meshes with a "light" flag.
Also, texture connections are currently authored as a simple "connect" statement in mesh & quad lights. This works in USD but not in Hydra, where a ArnoldNodeGraph primitive is needed.
