Crashes when registering the TfNotice callback multiple times

As reported in the internal ticket MAXTOA-1824, we are facing crashes in interactive renders with the maxUSD stage object. It seems to be caused by a TfNotice that is not unregistered and ends up crashing after the arnold session is closed
