Prevent scene updates during hydra batch renders #2105

After the latest head of arnold-usd, Houdini's "husk" command is crashing due to scene updates happening after the render started.
This wasn't happening before as the rende actually started after the second _Execute call. Now that this was fixed we're getting crashes due to modifying the scene after the batch render started
