Currently, in the hydra render delegate, when we set the env variable HDARNOLD_DEBUG_SCENE to a given string, it will write the arnold scene to this file before the render starts. It can be used to debug scenes and figure out how they are converted to arnold.
We'd want to port the same thing to the hydra procedural, so that it can also be used in e.g. Maya or 3dsMax
