Update the arnold frame value when changing frame in solaris

**Describe the feature you'd like**
with arnold-usd version 7.4.4 when we scrub the timeline in houdini we receive the new frame in the render settings but we don't set it in the arnold options. It is not necessary for the render but can provide informations for arnold plugin developers
