Regression when prototypes are referenced but not used in the protoIndices

Since the changes in Arnold 7.4.5.0 with shapes / lightweight instancing, a regression was spotted in a use case where a prototype prim is not used in the protoIndices. This prim gets displayed at the origin when it shouldn't be visible
