Shall we remove "uglify-js" dependency in codegen package.json generator?

shall we remove it in codegen too?

Ah looks like I plan to do it but missed uglify-js in PR #2886. I will submit another PR.

Yes please, for vendored there's no need to have it in the dev dependency list.
