Re-incorporate back into site monorepo

In the interest of easing onboarding for the iteration of our Docusaurus, as well as ensuring its development / deployment wouldn't be blocked by site development, the docs are temporarily spun off into its own repository.

The end goal is to bring it back into the monorepo, allowing for at least the following:

• Moving of shared components such as SupportInfo and OSInfo to be moved into its @buddiesofbudgie/ui package
• Dropping the duplicate MUI site theme and utilities for swapping of directions for Stacks.
• Consolidating duplicate data related to teams and support
• Updating our Getting Budgie page to not use a fixed Budgie version as its const for comparison but rather tie into our GraphQL GitHub org + milestones call, so we don't need to manually update that version.
