Figure out the best way to let BearClaw know when Carlo is on vacation so Home Assistant can treat that as a first-class signal.

Why this matters

Health coaching should change when I am away from home. Vacation mode should suppress or adjust the usual coaching logic, then return to the normal behavior when I am back home.

Open questions

• What is the best source of truth for vacation state in Home Assistant?
• Should this be a manual helper, a calendar-driven state, a person/device_tracker check, or a combination?
• How should health coaching behave differently while vacation mode is active?
• What is the cleanest way to resume normal coaching when I return home?

Desired outcome

• A reliable vacation / away signal in HA
• Coaching logic that checks that signal before giving normal guidance
• A clear path to switch back to home mode without manual cleanup

Implementation update:

• Home Assistant remains the source of truth via input_boolean.vacation_mode.
• BearClaw scheduled health coach jobs now force-refresh HA state before running, so toggling vacation mode off in HA returns the next coach run to normal behavior without any separate cleanup.
• Vacation mode keeps health nudges active, but shifts them to relaxed, movement-first coaching: steps/walks, hydration, reasonable protein anchors, and less strict daily goal pressure.
• Sleep/SleepIQ is ignored while vacation mode is active. Scheduled SleepIQ import is skipped during vacation mode, and daily coach packets/summaries omit sleep readiness and sleep-score gaps.
• Sitter-facing dialog was intentionally left unchanged.

Validation:

• Added coverage for HA vacation mode on/off derivation.
• Added coverage for vacation nudges and normal-mode fallback when vacation mode is off.
• Added coverage confirming vacation summaries/reviews suppress sleep while keeping steps visible.
• Focused health/vacation tests passed.
• Full appliance test suite had one unrelated existing failure in the anticipation prompt test; vacation/health coverage passed.
