Thanks Dan for the reminder. I pulled out vtk-cdat to be a separate repo, and this change is in https://github.com/CDAT/vtk-cdat/tree/upgrade_vtk at the moment, and it will be merged to the master branch once I complete the testing. The reason for me to pull vtk-cdat out and make it to be a separate repo is so that I can use same conda-recipes' build_tools/conda_build.py to build the vtk-cdat packages. I am building all packages in parallel in Circle CI now, and that whole build take about 1 1/2 hr (vs. 8 - 10 hours before). |
