When viewing the Dashboard or Cases view, it is hard to find a specific case when I've got internal tracking for cases open. As I spend most of my time looking at my own internal tracking system, I often think in terms of my own issue identifiers.

In the Dashboard view (https://kb.cert.org/vince/comm/dashboard/) and the Cases view (https://kb.cert.org/vince/comm/case_search/), it would be helpful to show tracking numbers as assigned by my organization that we've already added to cases on VINCE.
