Babbage is coming through the Vasil hard-fork. Not only does Kupo needs to be able to process Babbage blocks, but it also probably need to retain inline-datums and reference scripts found in Babbage's outputs. This may be tackled together with #21 to find one holistic way to keep track of datums in the index.
