HTML Error Catching in Editor Content #207

Authoring currently doesn't check whether html content it is receiving from webview for saving or publishing a page is valid. As a result, authoring will improperly parse the html code causing unwanted changes to the content (see: openstax/webview#910 ). We should catch these errors and send an invalid request response to webview.
