Convert Content MathML to Presentation MathML

This is in here because it requires knowledge of the collection(s) a module is in.

The collection contains parameters for how to render things like <m:imaginaryi/>.

There are a handful (< 10) modules that occur in multiple collections where that parameter causes a difference in the Presentation MathML. We could ignore these (they are mostly test modules or modules from early content) or derive the module and generate different Presentation MathML.
