[DOC] Improve APIs & SDK page — readability, sandbox, and method coverage

Description

Problem

• No way to test API calls directly from the docs
• Not all available RPC methods are documented

Tasks

• Add an interactive sandbox (Swagger-like) to call public RPC endpoints directly
  • No auth required — calls go to the public Linea RPC
  • Use an embeddable OpenRPC or similar tool
• (NTH) Add all available RPC methods — cross-reference the full method list and fill gaps
