Adds a new network/tutorials/eip-7702.mdx walkthrough showing how to detect EIP-7702 readiness via Wagmi useCapabilities (EIP-5792 atomic batches) and trigger an upgrade using useSendCalls batch transactions.

Updates the docs site to render bash npm2yarn code blocks by adding @docusaurus/remark-plugin-npm2yarn to docusaurus.config.js and dependencies, and exposes the new tutorial in sidebars.js.
