Change modification flow (=add go back to declaration button)

Global

• When user click on "Modifier", the form show 2 buttons "Annuler" (which switch back to read only view without saving changes) and "Enregistrer" (which save changes made and switch to read only view)
• Add the text "Tous les champs sont obligatoires sauf précision contraire" to this modification form
• There is no navigation button on the bottom of the page until the user either save or cancel a modification

• Add the "facultatif" labels when the field is not mandatory

When information needs to be checked (= tag "A vérifier" is on the section)

• The page has "Annuler" and "Valider les informations" buttons. These buttons shows before and after the user change an information

When information has already been checked

• Add button "Revenir à la déclaration" at the bottom of the page, to go back to Declaration page. This button shows before and after the user change an information
