Empty 'additional_checksd' value cause NO-DATA for custom check monitor alerts

The root cause is this PR #515
When I removing additional_checksd = '' from /etc/datadog-agent/datadog.yaml everything works fine.

All my custom *.py checks are stored in /etc/datadog-agent/checks.d directory
