Pending a fix for pup 3.2 in puppetlabs/concat.... Looks like there maybe be an issue on the puppet module, awaiting feedback from maintainers: puppetlabs/puppetlabs-concat#443 |

We need this dependency after #261, missing in the module metadata currently.
