PDF internal Links #135

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If one wants to read Solo-Adventures within FoundryVTT using PDFoundry it would be necessary to click on links and switch to another page where the anchor is targeting to. Links are currently not clickable with the reader of PDFoundry.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make links clickable and internal links to anchors working.
