What's needed

skill/references/genai-enterprise-strategy.md is one of the most valuable files in the repo but some benchmarks and frameworks need updating to reflect 2025–26 realities.

Productivity and ROI benchmarks

• McKinsey Global Institute (2025) puts GenAI productivity gains at 20–40% for knowledge work — add this with context on what tasks it applies to
• Add real-world enterprise adoption rates (Gartner 2025: ~30% of enterprises have a production GenAI deployment, up from 5% in 2023)
• Update "pilot purgatory" section with 2025 data on how many pilots actually reach production

Regulatory updates

• EU AI Act: in force August 2024, enforcement phased through 2026. Add: risk tier definitions (unacceptable / high / limited / minimal), compliance obligations for high-risk AI, fines up to €35M or 7% global revenue
• US Executive Order on AI (Oct 2023) — current status and what it means for enterprise deployments
• Sector-specific AI regulation: FDA guidance on AI/ML in medical devices, SEC guidance on AI in financial services

Agentic AI patterns

• Add section on agentic AI in enterprise consulting: multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen), MCP protocol, how these are being piloted at MBB firms
• Tools actively used on engagements: McKinsey Lilli, BCG Gamma / ChatBCG, Bain's FRWD platform — brief notes on what each does

Cost and build/buy/partner

• LLM API pricing has dropped ~80% since 2023 (GPT-4 class models) — update any cost benchmarks
• Add: hyperscaler AI (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex) vs open-source (Llama, Mistral) decision framework
