Create a GitHub Action to automatically sort profiles alphabetically

This action could run each commit, or before the PR gets merged. This way we can correct it automatically without asking more work on the contributor.

I remember seeing another issue related to this sorting (here), but it might be more complicated than what I'm thinking about.
We'd have to dig in and investigate more on how to do this.

It's simple, sort the names of the people/username by a sort method.

const profiles = require('./data.json')
const fs = require('fs')

profiles.sort((a, b) => {
    if(a.firstname < b.firstname) return -1

    if(a.firstname > b.firstname) return 1

    return 0
})

fs.writeFile('./data.json', JSON.stringify(profiles), console.log)
